List by use rather than room count
Separate sleeping furniture, seating, work furniture, kitchen items and storage. Include a sofa-bed mechanism, folding table or freestanding wardrobe even if it occupies the same space. Count belongings in communal storage or on a balcony. State which appliances belong to the property and will stay.
Plan packing space in a small room
Keep a clear route to the exit while packing and avoid stacking everything against the furniture that must leave first. Identify the largest piece and whether it can pass the entrance. Give lift dimensions and moving-hour restrictions for managed buildings. A small floor area does not guarantee a short carrying time.

- Provide the actual load rather than only the studio description.
- Mention long internal corridors and the loading position.
- Request packing or furniture dismantling before agreeing the date.
