Plan the awkward items early

A large wardrobe, corner sofa or heavy appliance can affect the crew and the time needed. Share measurements and explain any tight stair turns before agreeing the work. Flag particularly fragile, heavy or valuable belongings so suitability can be checked.

Packing and furniture dismantling are requests to discuss, rather than automatic inclusions. Confirm which rooms or items are covered, who supplies materials and what must be ready before arrival.

Agree the details before moving day

Ask for the price, crew, agreed inventory, loading arrangements and any waiting-time terms to be clear before you book. Check the applicable cover and exclusions for your belongings as part of that conversation.
