Check the entire route into the lift
Measure the opening, cabin depth and width, and any corridor turn before the lift. Obtain the stated capacity information from the building contact. An item may fit inside but not turn through the doorway. Identify furniture that will need dismantling or cannot use the lift at all.
Confirm the building’s arrangements
Ask whether moving requires a reserved slot, protective lining or use of a particular goods lift. Confirm access at the destination too. Tell Movivio about a broken or unavailable lift before the move; a stairs-only alternative can change suitability, crew and price. Do not assume it is covered by the original plan.

- Any booking window and who controls access.
- Stair details for items that cannot use the lift.
