If the listing describes a set, confirm the quantity. Explain known damage or weak joints before the handling plan is assessed.
Coordinate two people’s availability
A seller’s preferred time may not match available transport. Obtain a reasonable collection window and make clear that the move is not reserved until confirmed. At delivery, arrange someone who can provide access and identify the correct room. Purchase payment, ownership checks and disputes remain between you and the seller.
