Ask questions before placing your transport request
Obtain accurate measurements, the number of pieces and the floor where the item is kept. Ask whether it will be dismantled and whether the seller expects help carrying it out. A listing photograph or auction title is not a substitute for these details. Flag anything fragile, unusually heavy or incomplete.
Keep purchase and transport arrangements separate
You remain responsible for the purchase, payment and resolving item-description issues with the seller. Confirm the seller’s release instructions through the marketplace’s current process and share only the details needed for collection. Movivio does not authenticate goods or guarantee their condition. Agree transport before promising a collection time.
Prepare a complete handover
- Name the person releasing the item and the available window.
- Confirm that all advertised parts and fittings are included.
- Arrange a recipient and accessible route at the delivery address.
