Explain whether access is through a shared doorway, courtyard, rear entrance or internal corridor. Give the floor and any lift details. Ask the building contact about moving hours and controlled doors. A street-facing address does not necessarily identify the entrance through which furniture can be carried.
Coordinate loading with the handover
Check current loading restrictions with the appropriate authority or property manager, then share the confirmed arrangements. Include any time window that depends on a shop, landlord or building staff. Traffic and public access can affect a proposed plan, so arrival times and waiting arrangements need explicit discussion before booking.
