Find out where the collection happens
The purchase address and collection address may differ. Ask for the full postcode, entrance and loading instructions, along with any appointment or vehicle limits. Confirm what the shop requires to authorise release to another person. Give us the collection requirements without sharing payment-card information.
Ask how the furniture will be presented
A display model may be assembled and unwrapped, while a new order may arrive in several cartons. Identify the condition, packaging and any help the shop provides at its loading point. Delivery inside your home needs a separate access plan, including stairs, lifts and the final room. Assembly is not automatic.
Before agreeing the transport
- Obtain a complete package or furniture inventory.
- Confirm the order is ready and any release deadline.
- Agree carrying work at both the shop and your property.
