Choose the help you want to discuss
You may want help with a whole home, selected rooms or just the items you are least confident packing. Explain what you will prepare yourself and what you want included in the quote.
List fragile glass, artwork or unusually valuable belongings separately. Suitability and any specialist requirements need reviewing before a packing service is agreed.
Materials and labelling matter
Ask who supplies boxes, protective materials and tape, and whether they are included in the quoted price. If using your own boxes, keep them sound, manageable in weight and suitable for the contents.
Label by destination room, with a short contents note. Keep a separate essentials box for your first night and carry personal documents, medication and valuables yourself.
Fit packing into the moving schedule
Tell us your preferred move date and when the property can be accessed for preparation. Do not assume packing happens on the same day as transport; the timing needs agreeing with the rest of the move.
For a Stratford flat, leave corridors and shared routes clear. Explain any items that cannot be packed until the last moment and identify contents that should stay at the property. Confirm all inclusions and exclusions before booking.
