Start with the make and model
Find the instructions for securing moving parts, draining or emptying the appliance and any required transport orientation. Requirements differ between models, so avoid relying on a universal waiting time or method. Tell Movivio about manufacturer restrictions, known weight and any missing transport fittings before booking.
Arrange preparation and installation separately
Identify who will disconnect services, release integrated fittings and prepare the appliance. Use a suitable qualified provider where required. The transport enquiry does not automatically include gas, electrical or plumbing work, testing or recommissioning. Keep loose accessories identified and arrange installation at the destination under the correct instructions.
Confirm readiness before collection
- The appliance is emptied and prepared in accordance with its instructions.
- Disconnection and release from surrounding fittings are arranged.
- Access measurements and destination preparation have been checked.
