Give useful information that is already settled
List the furniture, approximate boxes and both postcodes. Add floors, lifts and any preparation you need. Explain whether timing depends on property completion, a tenancy, building access or a seller. If you have several possible dates, say which are realistic rather than entering an arbitrary fixed date.
Reconfirm when the date becomes definite
A provisional discussion is not a held slot. Once you know the date, ask for availability and the current scope and price to be confirmed. Changes to the load, addresses or access can affect the plan as well as the date. Review the booking terms before making other time-dependent promises.
What to update later
- The confirmed day and access windows at both properties.
- Any changed furniture, box count or extra collection.
- Packing, dismantling and carrying work to be included.
