Describe practical access and carrying needs
Tell us if family members cannot assist with lifting, and name someone who can direct the move. Check the new home’s entrance, lift and furniture space in advance. If a managed residence is involved, confirm its access hours and receiving contact. This is a transport enquiry, not a personal-care or passenger service.
Keep coordination straightforward
