Confirm access with both building contacts
Check security check-in, loading bays, lift use and any limits on weekend work. Name the person who can open the premises and remain available for questions. Include the time the building must be secured again. A weekend request cannot be assessed from the preferred date alone.
Plan what happens before staff return
Separate physical delivery from IT reconnection, equipment testing and workstation setup. Arrange those activities with the responsible providers and allow an appropriate sequence. Explain requested assembly and room placement in advance. Movivio does not promise a ready-to-operate office or zero interruption simply because transport is planned for a weekend.
Before a booking is confirmed
- Agree the inventory and any dismantling work.
- Confirm the weekend date, access window and price basis.
- Identify who accepts delivery and who handles installation afterwards.
