Match the load to the accommodation
Check the supplied bed, desk and storage before adding large furniture to the list. Count clothes, books, kitchen equipment and bedding, and identify anything particularly heavy. Do not assume there is space for an extra sofa or wardrobe. Ask the accommodation provider about deliveries and whether someone must accompany the load.
Plan arrival, keys and unloading together
An accommodation arrival slot is separate from your transport booking. Give the allowed window, key collection point and floor level. Ask about lifts, loading access and the distance to the room. Include the real destination postcode even if the move starts in Stratford and ends at a campus elsewhere.
