Mark fragile contents and any agreed orientation, but do not treat labels as a substitute for packaging. Keep items staying behind visibly separate. For multiple stops, add the destination address code before the room name. Avoid displaying sensitive personal information or detailed descriptions of valuables on public-facing labels.

- Destination or household code when more than one address is involved.
- Room name and box number.
- Short handling note for relevant contents.
