Separate the planning list into belongings that will move to the new home, items going to another agreed address and items you are arranging to sell or donate. Give us the confirmed removal load, with any uncertainties clearly marked.
Do not count unwanted belongings as part of the transport load unless an agreed destination has been supplied. Waste disposal and house clearance are not included in a downsizing removal enquiry.

Check the fit before the move
Measure the largest furniture against the space in the new home. Include the route through entrance doors, hallways, lifts and stair turns, not just the dimensions of the destination room. A favourite wardrobe may need dismantling even when it fits the room.
Tell us about any access requirements and the carrying help you need. You do not need to assume you will lift furniture yourself. Packing and assembly requests can be reviewed as part of the scope, with suitability and price confirmed first.
